Dogs are pack animals and every pack needs a leader. If you don't step up to the plate and take on the job your dog will feel it is his reponsibility to become the leader of the pack. In our world today, dogs are not equiped for the job which results chaos. Do yourself and your dog a favor, learn how to be the leader and the person you dog thinks you are.

Puppies must have completed thier 1st shot series. This group will provide many novel but positive life experiences, building self-confidence. Basic skills will be covered as well as problem solving and conditioning your puppy to do the right thing. The time spent here will establish a foundation for further training.

This class is only for our little four legged friends. Dogs and puppies under 12 pounds will learn basics the same as the bigger guys. This course is designed to be less intimidating to the little guys and gals.

This class is offered at two differednt days and times: Wednesdays at 6:00 or Thursdays at 7:00. This is a six week course of Dog Training to help Pets and Owners Communicate. For beginning dogs of all ages. The PET DOG MANNERS program is designed to help families and thier dogs live together happily in thier neighborhoods. This course includes the L.E.A.D. program, (Leadership Education for Anyone with a Dog). This class is offered at two different times: Wednesdays at 7:00 or Thursdays at 6:00. It is designed for dogs that completed Pet Dog Manners I last summer and would like to refresh the training, move on to more precise obedience and have fun with their pal running throught the obstacle course or playing games.

This time is reserved for those who simply want to play and ineract with thier four legged friends. You must have previous class experience: 2 min "stay" and "come" with distraction

Previous training is required for this class. It will be a small hard working group that will polish obedience commands and work on the obstical course. By the time we finish this class your dog will be ready to take the AKC Canine Good Citizen test or the test to become a Delta Therapy Dog

Most owners under estimate the amount of exercise thier dog needs. Problem behaviors like digging or barking are most often attributed to not enough exercise or boredom. Humans just can't match the exercise dogs get when playing with other dogs. They get the needed exercise and socialization they desire and need and you get a tired dog at the end of the day. It's a win-win situation.
